For your convenience, Lascana Homes now offers secure online rent payments through Jotform. You can choose to pay your rent using ACH (bank transfer.) Please select the option that best fits your needs below:

• You may enter either the full rent due or a partial payment amount, depending on your current balance.

Paying Rent via ACH for the First Time? Here’s What to Expect:

Here’s how it works:

1. Enter Your Bank Info
   You’ll be asked to provide your bank routing and account numbers. This information is securely processed through Stripe, our trusted payment processor.
2. Verification & Processing
   For first-time users, Stripe may take 1–2 business days to verify your account. This is a one-time process. Future payments will be quicker! CHECK YOUR EMAIL AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT! You will receive a message from JotForm asking you to verify the TWO small deposits that will be sent to your bank account.
3. Transaction Timeline
   Once verified, your payment will typically take 10 business days to fully process and reflect on your rent account.
4. Processing Fee
   Please note: a processing fee of 0.8% per transaction (capped at $5.00) will be applied.
